Aqa Mirza Muhammad Husayn, son of the late Haji Muhammad Ibrahim from Varnusfadiran of Isfahan, exchanges some properties in Varnusfadiran as well as some share of water for one hundred and sixty five tumans, with two kharvars [unit of weight] wheat, one hundred dinars, and one sir [unit of weight] of Isfahan's crystal candy for the detriment clause. Dated October 8, 1891. On the margin: "In May or June 1892, ‘Ibad Allah settled the above garden to the mother of Aqa Muhammad Ibrahim Khan, for one hundred dinars and some wheat. Marriage contract of Khavar Sultan Khanum and Barat‘ali, 1909
Marriage contract of Khavar Sultan Khanum, the daughter of Aqa ‘Ali, and Barat‘ali, the son of Aqa Karbalayi Qasim‘ali. The mahr is sixty tumans. The groom settled the following, which his father had settled to him earlier, to the bride: part of the house of residence, parts of agricultural land and their share of water, a set of bedding made in Isfahan (seven tumans), rugs (three tumans), some copperware (one tuman), fabrics and clothing for the wedding (twelve tumans). The mentioned items equal forty eight tumans from the mahr and the remaining twelve tumans remains the groom's debt.

Settlement between Fatimah Khanum and Aqa Muhammad Husayn, the children of Karam ‘Ali, the son of Husayn Karam‘ali Paykani Jarqu’iyyah, and Haj Muhammad, the son of Muhammad Riza and the resident of Sa‘adat Abad Jarqu’iyyah Castle over some properties, a share of water usage, and parts of a qanat in exchange for ninety-seven tumans.

Settlement of the inheritors of the late Haj Husayn Urnadi with Haj Sayf al-Dawlah, exchanging five different properties for five thousand tumans, which was paid in cash. The inheritors include: his oldest son, Muhammad Hasan, his daughters, Karbalayi Javahir, Karbalayi Sahib, Kishvar, Khadijah, Farkhundah, and Rubabah (with their husbands' permission), his permanent wives, Karbalayi Shahr Banu, Karbalayi Mihr Banu, Sahib Sultan, and Shaykh Ziya’ al-Din on behalf of his two underaged children.

Sale agreement between Bibi Khadijah Sultan, daughter of Abu Turab Khan and wife of Allahyar Khan Qajar, and Murtaza Khan, commander of the telegraph office, over some contiguous land and their shares of water, and land that Bibi Khadijah Sultan inherited from her father, Mirza Abu Turab Khan, for one hundred and nine tumans and seven thousand six hundred dinars.
